It is official!! Our home is in escrow and should be finished around February 26th. We made an offer on the home that we want in Riverton, Utah and it has been accepted. Now the fun starts. We really did not see this coming. We leave for an eight day cruise on Saturday, Jan 24th. We return on Jan 31st. Then we fly to Cheney on the 13th of Feb and return home on the 18th. It is going to be one very busy month.
We are thrilled with the couple that we sold the house to. We had a chance to meet them today while their inspector was scouring our home for problems. Luckily, there were very few to find and even those are minor. Now we wait for the buyers to let us know which ones they want us to do or how much it may cost us. It is amazing how fast this is all happening.
We thank all of you who have been praying for this to happen.
